Notes: Added provider-neutral evaluator container, verified Supabase JWKS JWTs, bounded body/rate/time/concurrency, health and JSON logs, plus authenticated browser cold-start/error UX while preserving local fallback. Focused tests pass. Hosted measurement split to t294 because Docker/provider credentials are unavailable here; see research/findings/authenticated-evaluator-t291.md.
