Notes: Added a thin per-strategy eligibility/period adapter around tax_lots, with canonical profile/effective dates, reproducible ledger output, pre-tax CAGR, ongoing tax-adjusted CAGR, tax drag, stable failure reasons, and additive exporter payloads that do not affect existing pre-tax outputs.
